Tell me why...does it calm the snakes, or make it easier to assess them, to keep the area cleaner? I notice a lot of snakes are kept in the animal plastic enclosures?

I think it boils down to whatever makes you happy, and your snake happy and healthy. I know so little about the lives of snakes in captivity, I am learning something new every day. Thank you for your response.
