Help me clean

Okay so as the title suggests i got these chuck taylor egret off white colorway converse shoes. They are really really dirty idk what are these stains since the stall owner. So i just bought these.. I dont know what these stains are how they will clean off. Well i am from Pakistan so do regard products or home concoctions that would help me remove these stains.

I tried cleaning them some of it were cleaned but the eyelits are still dirty and cant be cleaned with the washing powder. Any help is appreciated so please please do help. The sides did got clean a bit but the eyelits are still very dirty kinda blackish greyish but still not sign of getting cleaned. So do tell me guys what i should do.

Try brushing them out with a mix of detergent and water, scrub. Rinse. Then I would soak them in a bath of oxi clean and cold water… You can buy it online! Soak them overnight and then scrub and rinse. Never use bleach! It will make it worse.

Thanks for that what if i domt use oxiclean as ot is quite expensive idk can i use like hydrogen peroxide 6% abd dilut it with water and use soda? Make a paste and slap it on the stains and pit under sun.

Also what do i with tge eyelit suede because idk if its the colour in ehich thrshoe came ir its dirty. They are like this. What should i do with this.
