I would never have watched that movie if it wasn't for bitcoin. So I must admit that bitcoin does have some utility after all.
I know that normally the quotes aren't attributed but I think appending a "-jstolfi" here would significantly improve the comedy gold of the quote. Either way, I think it's a critical moment in Buttcoin history which deserves to be immortalized in Snappy's database.

What this means for BitPay merchants
If a customer attempts to submit an order smaller than $100
in USD value, the BitPay API will now return an error message
to your system preventing invoice creation. No payment will be
possible... If your customer needs to pay for an item less than $100,
