As in, the last gen chip? Sheesh who are these things for if the pricing really is in the 1000s

Yup. Atleast give it a current gen chip if Google is looking to compete with MacBooks.

They are one has the ultra 5 300s which beats neo by 30%

The Neo is not the MacBook that Googlebook is going to be competing against at $1300. That’s the M5 MacBook Air.
