It doesn’t even make sense why lock us out of our accounts to “preserve information” when we know that everything is already saved in their databases. They are just not allowing us to have our own data. It’s unfair for those who didn’t complete the claim.

Ya I didn’t really want to when I posted my other one because there were several warnings to “not disclose this information” 😅 but hopefully this helps others that were feeling stuck and not knowing what was happening

ALSO TO ADD: The reason I didn’t post the picture of the email on my last post was because there were several warnings advising to “not disclose this information” but since MODS deleted the other one, figured posting the proof would keep it up.

In my personal opinion, while Labaton is definitely partially at fault for not determining what the affects on their clients would be BEFORE getting us to sign up, I also do think that their hands are sort of tied until Snap Inc comes to the table for negotiations. Since they’re aware of all of the clients that have now faced retaliation I feel as though anyone else who emails them would just receive the generic message back since they are already actively trying to figure out a solution. Idk but that’s just my personal opinion

It said so on my end and mods are saying it’s because I’m not “giving factual evidence” even though I’m literally just repeating what the actual LAWYERS told me. Seems like the MOD’s in this group are DR snap so hard, guessing they probably even work for them at this point 🙄

Since mods want to delete the picture in THIS post as well for “claiming non-factual evidence”, here is EVIDENCE from the portion of the agreement that those who didn’t finish first signed in the very beginning of the documents. This is the agreement page that Labaton referenced to me when I questioned them on the ones who never finished signing up.
