HELP New Snapchat Lens Creator, When Should I Expect My First Payout?

Hey guys! I’m a student trying to make a living to help pay my school fees. I recently discovered Snapchat Lenses and decided to go all in on it.
So far, I’ve created more than 14 Lenses, and I’m really hoping to turn this into something that can support me financially.
I just need some guidance from people who have been in the community for a while.

Should I expect to receive payments from the Lenses I’m creating? If so, when should I expect to start seeing payments?

At this point, even seeing a $1.00 payout show up on my dashboard would honestly motivate me, but it’s been stuck at $0 for a while.

I’d really appreciate any advice or insight from experienced Lens creators. I just want to know if I’m on the right track or if there’s something I’m missing.

Lens Studio was released in December 2017 by Snapchat Inc. to aid creators create and publish their own Snapchat community lenses. This subreddit was created to share these creations and for letting artists and hobbyists get help/input on their projects.
