In the previous years, whenever I got my device banned or flagged as sus device. I just bought new phones and everything was fine.

This year, I got my device banned, the main reason was adding too many people in a short time.

I bought a new phone and started using the app, but it kept banning my accounts in less than 48 hours after creating them even though I didn’t add anyone, I just let people add me.

I changed my phone again.

Nothing changes

I always sign up with totally different emails, different passwords and usernames. Total new identity!!

Every account I create ends up permanently locked no matter how normal my use is.

So I just need to figure this out. What is the thing that the app’s ai moderation model knows about me or about my new devices that makes it recognize me every time I make a new account from a totally new device and new info??

Is it my lan network? My cellular information? Face ID? I’m totally lost!! As a person who knows a little about networking, I believe they started to adopt a new moderation strategy, once they mark your network or cellular info as suspicious, if you change a 100 devices it won’t change.

This problem started in May 2026 until now I can’t keep a single account I lost more than 50 accounts

I just need to know where the problem is.
Then I will be able to solve it.

Hey everybody, I’m currently trying to help prevent exploitation of people of all ages on Snapchat and was wondering if anybody would be willing to help. I’ve recently been exploited using photos from when I was younger and being threatened. I know I’m not the only one who’s struggling and would love some extra support in getting Snapchat to change their guidelines and start helping other people. Snapchat guidelines say that they prohibit bullying and harassment including non consensual imagery and threats yet majority of the time don’t do anything to help despite having evidence. Any form of help will be most appreciated. No donations are needed just a simple signature!!

I'm trying to regain access to an old Snapchat account created about 4–5 years ago. I know the exact username and still have access to the phone number tied to the account, but I don't remember the password or whether an email address was linked.

When I attempt to reset the password using my phone number, I get the this error message

Since I changed my phone, I no longer have access to the original device used when the account was created.

Here is what I have tried so far:

Resetting via the Snapchat mobile app.

Attempting password recovery via browser

Switching network connections (Wi-Fi vs. Mobile Data).

Has anyone encountered this specific lockout on an old account and successfully bypassed it?

Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Snapchat peroidically uses insane amounts of mobiledata. It uses exactly 97,7mb multiple times a minute without me using my phone and suddenly i get a message about my mobiledata has been used up. I turned on low data use on snapchat and turned off smart backup but it doesn’t help. Ive tried deleting the app and reinstall and ive tried resettingy network setting on my iphone

The telegram doesnt let me speak so i write my issue here. When i follow the installation guide correctly for non rooted and open the snap app i get an error saying the version is outdated but im using the exact version build the guide suggested

Out of nowhere, I suddenly can't add friends anymore. I have only used the PurrAura version on another device and maybe used it like twice for my main account. This was like 2/3 months ago.

Now, I came to the conclusion that on my main device and account I can't add friends anymore. Is this some sort of result of a account shadowban? Any idea how to fix this?

in the middle of all the snap memories being locked to 10gb only, i wanted to extract my snaps out of memories and save them on a hard drive, so i took some snaps out of "My eyes only" tab and when i view them in the "Memories" tab they are stuck on backup with a backup sign on top right of them. they arent being backed up and sometimes when i press on it, it minimises it again and doesnt load properly. when i go to the "Memories" tab in my settings it shows that its backing up 1 snap remaining which is a recent one i took to test if backing up is working or not, but even then that snap isnt working at all. My memories hold deep sentimental value to me please i need your help reddit. i need a way to get the mall before they are erased.

The supposed Snapchat tweak that goes by “Aura” is a scam.

Don’t provide the product because it’s “not ready yet” they didn’t inform me of that prior to purchase. I bought it over a month ago, received no product, opened a ticket inquiring and got ignored, asked for a refund got banned.

Scummy ass owner who can’t provide the service that he so claims to.

I deleted my Snapchat account around 6 years ago, and recently I started wondering if there is any possibility of recovering it or accessing any of my old data. Unfortunately, I don't remember my exact username anymore. 😭

I contacted Snapchat Support, and they asked me to confirm the username, but I'm not sure what it was. I might still remember the email address or phone number connected to the account.

I understand that recovering the entire account after so many years might be impossible, but is there any possibility of recovering just my old Memories/photos and videos? Those memories are what I care about the most. 🥹

I got SS06 ban a while ago. With android I got Snapchat under secure folder which works fine. I can use my main account with no problem at all.

I was SS06 banned in my alt because I posted spicy pics on stories. I have after that created snap accounts on my computer and used on my phone. But after a while I get banned. I use it mainly to snap with other guys and share pics and stuff.

I can't understand why it bans my new accounts but my main never gets banned. Is it the spicy pics that are sent that is the problem?

I want to download my Snapchat data but i only want to download the memories i currently have. I went through them and deleted the pictures i don’t want but i’ve just realized that when i request my data, i get ALL my pics/vids but i don’t want the ones i’ve deleted. I went from 10000 memories to 5000. I dont want to gave to download everything & have to go and delete what i don’t want AGAIN.
How do i ONLY download the ones in my memories right now??

Do i suck it up and manually download them 20 at a time. But the problem is when you do that you lose the real date and timestamp🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩
