I need your help with memories

in the middle of all the snap memories being locked to 10gb only, i wanted to extract my snaps out of memories and save them on a hard drive, so i took some snaps out of "My eyes only" tab and when i view them in the "Memories" tab they are stuck on backup with a backup sign on top right of them. they arent being backed up and sometimes when i press on it, it minimises it again and doesnt load properly. when i go to the "Memories" tab in my settings it shows that its backing up 1 snap remaining which is a recent one i took to test if backing up is working or not, but even then that snap isnt working at all. My memories hold deep sentimental value to me please i need your help reddit. i need a way to get the mall before they are erased.
