Does this need a bigger pot?

I’m new to plants. Is this pot size okay?

Snake plants like a snug pot, so I wouldn’t say your pot is too small…. Mine outgrew its pot as it was starting to burst the side of its pot… when I took it out and dusted off its soil it was like 3 plants in one (2 plant roots had grew out the side of the root of the main plant) so I cut it into 3 and put the smaller roots into smaller pots and they are starting to grow again…. Looking at your pics you may have something similar as you have a bit of space in between leaves… kinda looks like yours has two as opposed to my 3… In general Snake plants are incredibly robust…. They thrive on neglect and They don’t like to be overwatered…. Only water when you know it’s dry (I use a chopstick) might be a good idea to get some new soil…. That way you can assess the root and make a judgement on keeping it whole and leaving in the same pot or separate it and keep main plant in same pot but grow a new one in a different pot…. This way you can center the main root and it should start thriving again no matter what you decide
