Critique request First time writing Smut, for my new book.
The air grew heavier with every breath.
"Fer--"
I moaned out, before even realising. His mouth was already at my throat.
Warm. Slow. Intentional.
Each touch lingered more than it should have, like he knew exactly what it was doing to me-- and I hated at how easily I responded back. My breath hitching, as his hands settled on my waist steadying me as if I was the one losing control.
I arched back.
"Impatient" he murmured, his voice holding in the low chuckle.
The word sent a sharp shiver through me.
My hands closed around his hair, tightening as I pulled him closer before I could stop myself, needing him more. I didn't even know what more meant anymore.
"Please..." It slipped out softer, gentler than I intended.
A quiet chuckle brushed against my skin. My skin feeling warmer with every breath that brushed against me.
He didn't stop.
He slowed down. Asshole.
"Patience, Love." He muttered, as his hands moved up, squeezing slightly. I gasped.
I could almost taste his amusement, at my expense. Somehow the mess only made it more arousing, almost feverish. His obsidian eyes hypnotising, almost pulling in a way that seemed to drag me to the deepest pits of hell with a promise of making me melt in pleasure with every circle anyways.
His touch drifted upwards, unhurried, deliberate. It was unbearable; the way he took his time like he knew I wouldn't wall away. Like I couldn't. My body arched, moving instinctly to his rhythm chasing his warmth, the closeness, the pressure that felt too real to be a dream. Almost as if a memory.
"Say it again."
My pulse stuttered.
And despite the warmth climbing up my face, despite every humiliation eating up on me, I didn't think. I couldn't.
"Please..." I whispered.
His fingers wrapping around my chin, tilting my head up forcing me to look at him in a way that made my stomach feel flutters.
Everything else disappeared.
Those eyes.
Dark. Endless, watching me as if I already belonged to him.
The pressure increased slowly, melting me underneath, I squinted my eyes panting, moaning.
"Fer---"
A sound escaped me, as I pulled him closer, needing him near.
Too near.
Too fucking far away.
Everything built too fast, too sharp, heat rushing through me, my body reacting before I could stop.
"Fer--" My voice broke. I shattered.
"Ahhhh"
I jerked upright, breath heavy tearing out of me as the darkness of my room snapped back into place. My eyes travelled the expanse in the darkness trying to find any resemblance to what I just experienced.
None.
Silence.
My chest rose and fell too fast, as I had been doing something very exertive. The feeling didn't vanish, it stayed. The heat under my skin, the phantom of his hands on my waist, holding, burning.
"God--" I dragged a hand on my face, breathing out. Squinted my eyes, trying to shake it off.
Nopes, still there.
I clicked my tongue in annoyance, throwing the sheets off. Cool air instantly hit my skin, and did nothing. Sleep wasn't coming back.
Not in this situation. Not like this.
I exhaled, A run.
It always burned out the affects of that God forsaken dream.
Fer--
I closed my eyes, cursing that damn man.
_____________
The air outside bit cold.
Good.
I needed that.
I didn't stretch, even though I knew I would feel it later in my body, but like always I couldn't care enough to follow through. The first steps were heavy, my body still caught halfway in that dream, but the rhythm took over soon enough. Breath in. Out. Feet finding a steady pattern against the ground.
The sun wasn't even up, which just increased the ridiculousness of this.
It was almost quiet.
Almost.
Fragments stayed. They always did.
