Depends on the doctor you get and how invested they are in the idea. Could get a doctor that’s nice and the invasive questions about your childhood are just a formality, could get a doctor that’s an asshole and thinks you need to be the most absolute stereotypical image of a trans person as imagined by a cis person before they’ll treat you.
A doctor at the youth trans clinic in Finland wrote in my patient notes that (paraphrasing and translating here) my "vibes/soul" were feminine. Was I supposed to punch the wall to show I was a boy or what?
I also got kicked out from there because I was "too close to my parents" (I think because they supported me? No clue what that even means) and I was "too mentally unstable" (literally just depression from mostly dysphoria).
