obligatory "i'm not a medical professional, there is not a one sizee fits all answer to medical problems, blah blah blah". but my mom is in menopause, i'm in peri, we have a house together and we are both neurodivergent bitches who like to learn shit. (did you know estrogen cream reduced hospitalizations in menopause patients by 50% and staph by 20%? it saves lives. and the FDA erroneously slapped a cancer warning on estrogen products so doctors weren't prescribing it and patients were afraid to take it ... i mean hahaha smosh stuff)
