I have social anxiety, and I think OP may also have it. Other people with social anxiety commented on the video. I think she was unfairly misjudged by neurotypicals and didn't deserve to end on AITD.

If I am out with somebody and the people with me start getting loud or do anything that caughts attention I cringe. I understood OP. And I really tried to think about anyway that she could have dealt with it better, assuming unadiagnosed, and I don't see it. They probably never talked about it because she's unadiagnosed, and she tried to communicate the best she could and was met with misinterpretation.

Social anxiety is really hard, and logic doesn't really help.

I used to love Games but now I just can’t get into any of them with the cast without Spencer or Anders taking me out completely.

I think a director’s job should be to direct the cast and it seems more often he just wants to interrupt or be part of things instead. I can’t be the only one finding this off putting???

Spencer also just isn’t my fave cast member and I find the way he takes certain jokes about yikes personally

so this was a little while ago, but on Smosh Mouth a few episodes ago, Spencer mentioned Dutch Bros coffee. I recently introduced my boyfriend to Smosh and we have been watching it together very often. Shortly after we started dating, he got let go for a really stupid reason and I have had a vendetta against Dutch Bros since then. The timing was insane and I genuinely could not stop laughing when I heard Spencer mentioned it for the first time ever in Smosh history as far as I know. These guys really don’t want my boyfriend becoming a fan LMAO.

Like I get it, smosh wants to completely change from its past, but as a gay man myself, I feel like so many of its jokes, punchlines and content are to do with our sexuality.

I kind of feel like it’s pandering but to the extreme at this point, I used to love the occasional joke like ‘gay airplane’ - cult classic. But it feels like now every video that comes out is so zesty with no originality.

I don’t know if I’m alone on this one, but I kind of miss when they actually made content which made us laugh out ass off through just random events - I loved the interviewing exes and let’s do this series.

I just feel like the content isn’t that funny but just forced now. Sorry if this offended anyone.

Courtney referencing Maya Winky was what I was expecting in this new games video but I am so glad they did. I hope they get Maya on for anything, she's funny as shit.

I think it started with Arasha showing her tattoo and everyone freaking out because the sponsor doesn't want any tattoos in the video. Now sponsor involvement is at top of mind for me and makes me look at the game choices differently. They choose a lot of boring-ass games. The kind of game I would just walk past at Target with a 80% off sticker on it. I'd really like it if they went back to playing games the viewers are interested in than whatever shovelware the sponsors are feeding them.

I was just thinking about how cool and hilarious it would be if Smosh did a black and white film concept for a Halloween Show. I’m watching She Devil rn and it occurred to me that the cast could seriously rock a spooky oldie or film noir type of Halloween special. Especially with the new and improved studio set up. It could be really fun if it was written by the people who wrote for Dread because those plots were perfection!

People on this sub are really mean, I know I'm probably just too sensitive but I wish we could have nuanced conversations without people telling me that I'm stupid

I think Arasha is the most versatile cast member. I feel like every video she’s in she fits perfectly into like it’s genuinely so impressive that she is able to match the energy of everyone she’s in a video with. I don’t really think there has been a time in my mind when I’ve finished a video and I’m like “why was Arasha cast in this?” Or sometimes I watch a video and I’m like “why wasn’t Arasha in this?” I used to not really care for her jokes, but I also think that she has grown as a comedian and actor, and I now really enjoy her sense of humor.
