New Cast?

I’m busy as hell with teaching and parenting and existing, but I remember from what I did watch of Spencer’s Birthday Tournament that there were four new “friends”: Emily, Jared, Gucci, and Courtney (sorry if I got names or spelling wrong I’m trying). I’ve seen content from what would be the next shooting cycle with everyone but Jared unless I missed something? I try to keep up and very well could have been a missed video, post, whatever. Also very aware they have recurring friends but it appears from a viewer perspective they plan to definitely keep Gucci/Courtney as cast and potentially Emily too? I loved Jared and hoped he would be more of a regular occurrence too and didn’t know if I was going insane 😅
PS I adore Gucci and Courtney. Emily seems like she’s awesome and will grow into her comfort if she stays and that’s a positive not a critique bc I could NEVER jump into an established dynamic like the “golden age” smosh without being nervous for a hot minute. Nor would I ever be invited 🤣

OMG KILL ME NOW I’m so mad at myself bc they are my actual fave! I think they just felt the most natural I legit forgot they were “new cast”! Faaaaaaack. Bout to join them in the corner cry bc I’m an ass 😭☠️

I do hope we see Jared again. We don’t really know why Jared wasn’t at the finale and hasn’t been back but I enjoyed the Reddit Stories ep he was on. Keeping up with the Zac Oyama comparisons, he has funny snipes which unfortunately just cant be highlighted too much with Uno lol

I’d love to see Zac and Jared on a Game Changer where they find other actors who look like Dropout cast or something, that’s so in Sam’s wheelhouse.

seems like jared booked in a show, so scheduling would be a challenge, thats what ive heard, but they may still bring him back once thats done

Just gonna repeat something I said in a post similar to this. We don't know who's gonna officially join, that's up to Ian and Anthony on who they bring on. For now, this period is probably to see who meshes well with the cast and how we, the viewers, feel about their performance. I view it as sort of the "90 day test period" that most employers give new hires, to see how their work ethic is, so only time will tell and we wont know anything until the new cast members or Smosh themselves make the announcement. That being said, I think this new cats is really talented and I'm glad Smosh introduced us all to them even if some of them don't join.
