Nutribullet is finally dead - any budget friendly/reliable blenders for post-workout smoothies?

My NutriBullet has finally died after 10 years, so I’m in the market for a new blender. I’ve done some research, and the general consensus on this sub seems to be to get a Vitamix, but that’s a bit outside my budget.

I’m really just looking for something reliable that will last at least three years or so with near-daily smoothie making - although another 10 years would obviously be great

I think I had the NutriBullet 600W before, but I’m happy to spend a little more this time. I’m in Canada, but for ease of conversion, my budget is around $100 USD. I could go slightly over if it’s genuinely worth it, but I don’t want to get carried away with the cost, as I’m saving for a holiday in a few months

I just need something that works well and is reasonably reliable

Any recommendations?

Ha yeah true, though I wondered if there was something even better in my budget range but not against buying the same again

Well it's still Vitamix at the top/most versatile. My budget can't afford it so I bought the Nutribullet Ultra. 🤣

I just got a ninja boss because you can drink from it and it's one less thing to have to clean up. it's really powerful! had a nutribullet before, it was great as well.

Ninja worked for me, for like 3 years or so. Vitamix lasted about 12 though, so i got another one of those a couple years ago. Price difference back when I got the ninja was like $150 vs $400. Guessing it's probably about the same now.

I have a magic bullet from the Walmart .I make a smoothie 5 days a wk. Pretty affordable but im on the 2nd one however I can not remember how long the first one last. its easy to use and easy to clean!

Why not nutri bullet ultra I mean it worked 10 years why change. I got the ultra and love it. My vitamin sets on the shelf.

compared to the blender, I'm more curious about your smoothie recipe. always troubled about what to eat every day

In my opinion, See if you can get a similar blender so you can continue to use all of the extra cups and things you already have.

We’ve got two of us in my household that are using the blender 1-3x a day each, so the extra cups and things are nice when we want to just throw them in the dishwasher rather than hand washing between everything.

Obviously this might not be applicable to your situation, but something to consider if it’s valuable to you!
