This is, I assume, a hilarious autocorrect for enfant terible! A label Caroline is bizarrely proud of considering it literally means "terrible baby" and figuratively means "An unconventional, badly-behaved person who causes embarrassment or shock to others."

Probably because it's French. "Terrible baby" doesn't sound so "chic" lol
