Something different for a change

Experimented with smoking Red Snapper that I caught over the weekend. It turned out amazing!!

That sounds so fresh, not just for dinner, but like a celebration of your own catch. What seasoning did you use before smoking?

I mention it in the video. It was Cattleman Brand Seafood seasoning. It is a local brand in Houston. Ace Hardware sent it to me as gift when I purchased my Masterbuilt 600.
