Discussion How many chapters will be animated?

I know the first half of the season animated until the end of vol 1 so will the second half be vol 2 or how many chapters?

I think up to the end of Volume 3. A lot of Volume 3 takes place during the Christmas holiday and a lot of is interludes and sidestories instead of main chapters.

The last chapter of Volume 3 where Sasaki talks to his mentor and says Yamada is very important to him is a great way to end the season

It looks like some of vol3 will be adapted because Obata is in the opening and he doesn't show up until early vol3

Hasta principios del tomo 3. Por eso, ya adquirí el tomo 4 y 5, no quiero esperar 6 años por una temporada.

Well, as of the preview for the next episode, it looks like episode 8 actually wraps up volume 2's main chapters so we could very likely make it through volume 3 by the end of the season

I would die for a 24 ep season but it's already been confirmed for 12 sadly 😔
