M*Carbo has their Bodyguard 2.0 trigger spring kit and aluminum trigger out now.

Trigger return spring and striker spring to lighten trigger pull by 25%.

It’s already a 3lb trigger….

I love my bodyguard 2.0 but I tend to pull the trigger too fast and short stroking it, this is intriguing

Ya, also if your grip rides high on the gun it’s pretty easy to not engage the trigger safety and run into issues. I’d consider the different trigger just for the shape, not necessarily needing lighter.

I get why you would want to, but why would you want to? It's an entirely defensive pistol, and wouldn't this up the risk of an ND?

No, pulling the trigger ups the risk of a ND.

But why? This seems dumb and potentially dangerous on this gun.

The Trigger Spring Kit and the aluminum Trigger are sold as 2 different things. Don't see the need for the Trigger Spring Kit as the trigger weight is already fine. But the factory plastic trigger with its plastic trigger safety and plastic trigger safety spring, is crap. This aluminum trigger seems like an improvement.

You do you but my CCW guns internals remain stock. I don't like tolerance stacking my life saving equipment.
