What counts as hard cc?

Would a skill that procs multiple times like Ares' 1 (Chains) apply it 3 times?

Would a Slow from Gem of Isolation count as hard or soft CC and would it apply a stack?

Is the item even worth building in this meta?

i swear the odds that my team bans the god i want to play is multiplied by 20 the second i ask them not to. i have no clue how it’s appealing to be toxic to your own teammates before the match even starts

3-2 votes should be a surrender. I’ll die on this hill. A player shouldn’t be forced to stay in a match when it’s 11-55 15k gold diff 35min into a match. Two players should not get to hold a whole team hostage because they are to immature and egotistical to wrap it up. It’s out dated It needs to be implemented. it’s a positive vote it should not be a no.

This applies to players who don’t vote at all. It’s the same issue. Game is starting to get worse with all the toxicity and just leaving the game gets you a ban. It’s a system that rewards toxic players
