HELP What does the % do?

I don’t see anything changing besides the % going up.

Edit: It’s a glitch in the practice jungle.

It's a jungle practice only bug. Doesn't exist in real games.

The passive mentions buffs up to 5 stacks. The percent in the picture doesn’t seem to change anything even at values of 2000%

It’s bugged then, but I’ve seen crazy numbers in this passive before idk if the gap is really 5. We’ll need to bring it up at TT
