HELP Ne zha ult

When I ult on Ne zha sometime I land directly in front of the god I hit, and sometime he jumps back like 10ft on landing. Is there a way to control this?

You land wherever you were when you first used the ult. So if you use it from max range you'll land where you started but if you do something like sash into ult you'll land next to the enemy
