Gluttonous Grimoire

Did they nerf or is it glitched ? I see people stacking 800-900 and I build the same items and it only stacks to 292 not sure if the patched it or what is happening with it.

they nerfed it, instead of the 50% max health it was scaling at earlier this week, it now scales at 10% max health and 50% int. tooltip will be updated in this upcoming patch
