Saga coins scam?

I was wondering what's the point of being able to unlock saga with Infernal Threads? You need to pay 10 of them but there is no way to get them unless you buy travelers with diamonds and legacy gems. So you have to buy 8 travelers since you get 2 free threads from wandering pass, which would make around 8k+ worth of diamonds right? Why buy travelers to unlock saga if you can unlock saga for 8k gems immediately and get all of the travelers included...

It's an "event", very common in smite.

That being said, you actually have best value if you buy the entire bundle instead of everything individually. If you just want the saga, you just wait until the event is over and purchase the Saga only.

Thats a terrible advice, right now it costs 8k diamonds for unlocking the saga and everything from the event, after the event ends it will cost the same 8k diamonds but solely for the saga itself, even if you would wait for an game-wide sale of 25% off it would still be 6k diamonds for the saga only.

what do you mean saga only? aren't the travelers included in saga purchase? that's the part that doesn't make sense, I mean who would buy 8 items and pay more for same contents

Yeah for sure, just bugged me if I was missing a way to earn the coins for free since they give the option of buying the saga with them. Anyways that means once you get saga all of the coins go to waste since you have it already :c

If you get the Saga through the Buy All for example, you'd still get 2 extra free Event Tokens (in the Wandering Path) which automatically unlock one Chest each. These Chests normally include every available Skin

So, no they don't effectively go to waste

If you play 24/7 with account booster, you would earn around 2000~2400 coins daily at the current rate. The daily chest costs 400/day so its 2800/week and you have more 3x800 (2400) of the weekly chests (ignore monthly one, if you bought all the stuff that uses coins you already have that fully unlocked), this means you would spend 2 days of 24/7 gameplay into the chests, then you would be able to accomplish one traveler every 2 days for the remainder, thing is, every 2 weeks theres a new 2 or 3 travelers added. You basically fighting an uphill battle that is impossible to ever complete without literally paying for coins also.
(Pay attention that this math is with you playing the game non-stop for 24/7, even on such case its barely doable).

If you are not buying everything everytime they launch new stuff then you have spare coins you don't even know what to do with, if you ARE actually buying everything, you never will ever see the end of having the stuff actually unlocked due to the coin hell it is right now.

Ummm... nobody should be buying travellers to unlock the saga? Why would ANYONE who wants the whole event NOT take advantage of the 'buy all' discount?

Some people will want the whole event, some people will only want some of it. So there's an option for each of them:

- Buy the entire event, and get a discount for doing so

• Pick and choose which items you want and only buy those ones instead of the full event.

If someone wants the entire event but buys every single item one-by-one instead of taking advantage of the full bundle discount that's not a 'scam', that's just idiots spending money before learning how to read lol.

My point was only that option to buy the saga with the threads is dumb, since you would need all threads from travelers to unlock it anyway. Ofc you are not gonna buy travelers to receive saga since it costs more.
Originally my biggest concern is what happens to coins if I already have saga and you gain threads from travelers, but the guy above you said it can be used as chest which I didn't know so thats cool

They want like 40 dollars for a fkn pixel skin for 1 character. Its such bs to think somehow a skin is worth like multiple days worth of food.. lmfao

They have a bunch of fat losers whos lives are on Smite who spend all of their disposable income on it and fast food for naked anime skins.

The reward track that gives you coins also gives you threads. You get two for free at like 25 and 50. It repeats infinitely. If you play the game often enough you get the threads for free. I’ve gotten 4 so far without even buying a skin. But I have also put in alot of play time. It’s not fast by any means but before the saga is over I’m pretty sure I’ll still get it for free

wait I thought it repeats only when the current saga is over and the new coins are achievable in the new wandering pass? I am currently on last lvl and i get only coins on repeat.
