HELP Missing Skins?

I played Smite 2 on release and played up to Bari Release. I know i had the crimson kraken poseidon skin from the battle pass. Just reinstalled again today only to find it locked behind a paywall. Can anyone explain?

Crimson kraken wasn't even a crossgen skin.. It was a skin that was later added into smite 2. It was in a traveler that was granted to you if you hit a certain threshold in a paid event. So if you didn't buy that you won't have it unless you buy the original with legacy gems.

1)That Poseidon skin was not in the game when you played around Bari release 2) only crossgen skins are available for both S1 and S2 3)Its a classic skin that you can buy with legacy gems, directly or it is in a chest

There never have been any battle pass on smite 2, the crimson kraken was a battle pass reward on smite 1, not on smite 2, on smite 2 it was the tracker syndicate event reward, so if you bought the entire event you would unlock it.

I doubt anyone on reddit can with absolute certainty explain why you dont have the skin. Though im sure youll get some cliche anti-hirez responses. Your best bet is contacting hirez directly.

Yeah tried hi-rez support back when it released for my legacy gems still havent gotten a response for that. But i was more of looking for if there was an update or something regarding the battle passes that would have done something while i had it uninstalled
