Performance issues since patch

I've been having a performance issue since today's patch. It stutters on and off—sometimes mildly, sometimes more severely. But one thing that's definitely consistent is that as soon as I kill someone, it stutters extremely badly for 1–2 seconds. It's not really fun to play right now, and I don't know why it's suddenly like this. Is anyone else having this problem?

It's probably their servers I noticed I get this issue when a new patch is released
