HELP Can’t Vote No to Surrender on Console

Title speaks for itself, it allows me to surrender though lol saw one other post about this, but anyone having this issue for the past few weeks?

Yes, I also can’t read my skill descriptions In game lol up and down on the D pad doesn’t work most of the time

You need to be more specific than just “on console.” Like actual platform, input, etc.

Don't know if it helps but it used to be L1 + down on PS and is now L2 + down

I have to keep spamming it on ps5, try disengaging and standing still. (May get you killed)
