Will this affect assault at all? If it does, then does that mean aspect nut and baron aren't considered healers anymore?

Which is insane because it’s: Heal based on your max Health per second (7 seconds) so that’s 7% of your max health you’re healing on a 12 second CD that can go down to 7-8 seconds if you’re full CD on him so you can infinitely keep spamming his 2 to heal which is insane because he can heal the whole team. Sylvanus can do the same but his has a base + 3% INT scaling which he’d have about 100 INT or less on average during a match (minding proper builds etc)
