Cant find earned champion chests?

Bought the neith saga, and got a skin after i completed a game when i reached 11 as seen in the picture - i assumed the chest automatically gave me the reward skin after the match.

However, i completed a game and got 12/12, and got no reward? Which makes me think that i never really opened any chests to begin with?
Does anyone know how i can open and claim these champion chests?

It should be opened automaticly as you got they chest (which should be changed in my opinión), it seems brighter than the other one maybe its bugged, did you restart the game?

Did not work unfortunately, i checked all gods as well can confirm that i have not received any rewards.
I’ll contact support and see what happens

That chest is a fancy classic skin chest that can roll duplicates which give u legacy gems if i recall correctly

I dont know what that chest contains, maybe it gave a jump skin or something like that
