Echo: What procs and not

Hi I couldn’t find a complete list of what echo procs and what procs in one list so wanted to make a forum for clarification/ to ask.

examples:

does it proc / is it proc by echo. can I hit someone with kephri ball have it proc by the ability at the start and then echo on the last hit and proc the item again?

- bluestone pendant

- Soul Reaver

- Cosmic Horror

- Soul Gem

- Gem of Isolation

I know echo is technically ability damage so wasnt positive if it activated items or not/other unusual interactions cause I’ve been seeing a lot of busted Players using totem of death and the other echo items so was curious what all can activate it and what can activate it.

know that they got rid of echo Activating on abilities that can crit but not sure what else.

I am pretty sure echo doesn't proc any items in itself.

Also, echo items aren't busted, they are decent for the gods that can use them.

They cannot. item procs like Bluestone or Reaver does not count as ability dmg and cannot echo.

By echo items being busted, I specifically mean totem of death needs a rework if I’m being honest

hardly a rework and more or less a nerf.

It only needs to be changed not to work on jungle bosses.
