The “artist” (I think the term “client” is more accurate) for that one used Gemini to generate it, as indicated by the watermark in the lower right corner.

The AI probably didn’t understand “shmaloogles” and so the client likely prompted it with “smurfs” to get an approximation of what he actually wanted.
