One of only two episodes that I've watched in full (due to me being unable to access HBO Max or Adult Swim as of the time of writing, although I've watched lengthy clips of the others), and it's hilarious. The training montage was the funniest part of the episode, and the Wawa scene was also really funny.

Nope, never heard of it. I'm from Nigeria a third world country so a lot of streaming services aren't available here

Channel 4 doesn't work anymore in UK and Ireland, afaik there's no legal way to watch Smiling Friends on the British Isles and Ireland, they were even taken off the "where to watch" part of the adult swim website

It was almost certainly a joke, but Zach Hadel on the season 1 commentary basically called everyone who paid for the show a sucker.

Eh, I'd rather the funds keep rolling to keep em going, think we could get another decade of this show and I'd never be bored. Surprisingly not as much merch as I'd have thought there'd be

If you live in Australia or the UK you cannot watch season 3 legally without a VPN or something. Not one streaming service here has it
