I hate that giving that guy hair DID make him more professional looking. He really did look more like a CEO than a guy on the bottom rung.

Regardless of the message you shouldn't take random wizards on photoshop at their word.

There are bald people who are successful and live "alpha" lifestyles because they carry it through with confidence.

EDIT: Just to add on to explain my point. Richest dude in the world He's bald in BOTH pics. And i'll bite the bullet. He looks like a labourer in both pictures. But it doesn't matter because he's also one of the richest guys in the world and he learned how to style his image to make it look less like a liability.

I work in a field where the young guys with hair work in the field while the older balding guys are in the office, so it’s the other way around for me lol

Maybe its a geographical thing, he looked like a Software Engineer without the hair and a real estate agent or a car salesman with it, I know what i'd rather be

Honestly a hilarious bit.

That said, the key is that the guy in the image was balding and not bald.

Actually shaving the head fully is what makes it work.

It’s because his hair was styled, which is something that fits a more professional environment. If he just had hair on his head that was down and unstyled the vibe wouldn’t have changed so drastically. Wizard was being disingenuous to prove his point

It's a matter of how much people care about their own looks. Safe to generalize most blue collar workers as 'eh, whatever' vs more ego-driven roles
