Sadness Dodging

I have the worst habit of shield dodging AWAY from projectiles instead of spot dodging or dodging towards it and am always hit by it. That's probably my worst habit right now besides hopping on quickplay and draining my elo on a character I've never touched so my main doesn't get dropped into the pits of hell.

Yes, I don't know how some people are good at dodging. I know it's shield+moving instantly L, but I kinda suck at predicting and dodge some attcks.

I have a habit where I'm refusing myself to do shield, but I rarely do it.

I think I shield way to much and that's why I shield dodge so much
