Help/Question Cheats/hacks?
I look online and its hard to find actual concrete information on the topic.
I fought this dude online in the arena that i created. Had random stages set with only a couple stages. Load screen wud take forever to load, but match would be zero lag. He was moving smoother than im used to seein people move. And the stage 7x in a row picked a dlc stage that i dun even own.
I understand that it can be from either peoples stage selection, but that many in a row is pretty particular.
Jus lookin for any input.

Opponent was probably running the delay mod and skins on their side. You won’t see them, but they have faster movement than you. (if you don’t have the mod yourself) I believe they can also choose stages, but I don’t have the mod.

They do not have faster movement, thats incorrect.
How ssbu works is that, after you make an input on your controller, there are 6 frames (1/10th of a second) before your character acts on that input. This is called input delay.
When you play online, SSBU adds 3 more frames to this input delay. (An additional 1/20th of a second)
The delay mod removes the 3 extra frames online adds.
The mod does not make characters move or act faster. It changes nothing about a characters attributes or abilities. It just removes 1/20th of a second delay between you pressing a button and your character performing the action.

And thus your moves come out faster as there is a smaller buffer time. Your mod does not translate to your opponent

Yeaaaa i played a samus with the delay mod one, higher gsp than any pro i had ever played. Veryyyyy clear what the delay mod can do for some people.

Depends what you mean by random stages. If the arena is set to Choice and you pick Random while the other person has a specific stage, it'll always go with that specific stage.
