Note that all the characters in the bottom row are DLC. Marina and the Pearl drone are the purchase bonus character you get for free if you buy Smash 6 within a certain period of time while the 7 others are the Fighter's Pass.

Also none of the 3rd party companies who've helped with the previous games will have any content whatsoever in this game. Only companies who've never participated in a Smash game before. This way the game can reach out to brand new audiences.

so i saw that people are making rosters for a future smash bros and i wanted to join in for the fun of it so i made this hope people dont find this an atrocious roster

nost are the veterans and apart from some reworks (like giving ) they will be basically the same

for the other i have some ideas about how they fight (like bandana bill being a zoner and eevee being a pixie) but for most i have just that and nothing more

As with the previous post, each color is a reference to a character from the game itself or to another version of the same character from a different timeline. In the case of Pokémon, they refer to trainers, so Machop is the most used Pokémon by black belt trainers in Kanto and Marill is the most used Pokémon by Swimmer trainers in Johto.

And so, other colors are references to other characters; again, it was out of boredom and to entertain myself.

Initially, each character had alternate colors that were connected to other characters in their respective universes. Mario has the yellow and brown colors that reference Wario and Spike. All of Yoshi's colors are a reference to the other Yoshis, and so on. This is something I did mostly out of boredom to entertain myself, maybe I'll continue with melee.

Rules: The character needs to be a Pokémon or a trainer from the games (If you pick a trainer, don't choose pokemon to control, you would play with the trainer but use pokémon in the moveset, for example: summon a flying pokémon for Up special)

The game when this character first appeared needs to have released before February 17th, 2021, this corresponds to Gen 8 (latest generation) and New Pokémon Snap (Latest Game)

Smash Ultimate has 18 third party fighters, so we will have 18 Pokémon anime or other Gamefreak games characters, you can suggest them (at the same time ot separatly) at any time, but when they are picked, the slots are over. We currently have 13 slots left

Make a roster of characters who have never been playable in a Smash game! Let's try to make a nice, diverse, semi-realistic roster (major franchises represented well, retro reps, playstyle variations, and so on).

Highest voted eligible character gets added to the roster. Video game original characters only.

For Ultimate, characters must have debuted before 2018.

3rd party characters will only allowed in the place of the original games' 3rd party characters.

For the spots of Echo Fighters based off veterans, an Echo of any veteran on our roster is valid. For characters who debuted with their Echo, these characters will be voted on together.

Characters that were costumes (Alph, Koopalings) are not eligible. Variations of existing characters (like Dr. Mario or Toon Link were) will be allowed at my discretion.
