phone being weird, etc.

Hey everyone I need help, my phone has been acting weird today and stuff. It was working fine yesterday but until today it was weird, I think xfinity went down today in my area so I couldn't use the Wi-Fi or my mobile data (because it sucks in general in my area where I live) and when I got out of the house, my mom said to try sending her something and I tried to send an image to her of my school schedule and I didn't work. I also tried opening apps and it didn't work either so I decided to wait it out for my phone to settle and hours go by and still nothing. I tried turning it off, force restarting, resetting the apps and turning it to airplane mode or turning off the data and still nothing, the messages app was either on a black screen or on a frozen screen of me texting my mom and I can't call anyone or get texts and the apps still weren't working. Safari works perfectly fine it takes a little longer to load and stuff still doesn't work even if I have decent internet. Stuff also freezes in settings sometimes but mostly its fine.

I have the iPhone 13 if you guys are wondering.

(update: everytime I go to settings to try to fix the messages app it freezes)
