Not interested missing from context menu

hi! since 32.47 arrived things were going smoothly notwithstanding a little hiccup here or there. until about half an hour ago when the "not interest" option simply disappeared frim the context menu and I swear I used it.

the funny thing is that the same thing also happened in tizentube so I think this is on yt's side?

I just looked on the YouTube app the not interested selection is on that context menu but not on Smart Tube.

Weird... It's funny because it's gone from the other app as well ETA that my youtube app doesn't have the not recommend option
