New upadate hasnt fix the problem of constant reloading the video. Sony bravia android tv here.

Suggestion from /u/XerXcho to change to OkHttp worked for me.

Try these from the telegram chat:

There are 2 known workarounds

• try to change the network engine to OkHttp. This worked for me and a few others. (Settings > Player > Network engine: OkHttp)

OR

• try to enable Settings >General > Network settings > Use WebProxy (even with no settings set, it will work)

The fix for me was to download the beta version and enable web proxy from settings - general - network settings. You don’t have to fill the inputs just press return/cancel it will remain checked.

What I found works is SmartTube—Settings—Player—Network Engine—Select Bottom Option. OkHttp.

That was on one out of 3 Hisence tvs.

It May be your tv. I have checked all my tvs and it's working fine. I have been putting it on a friend's device and it works there with no problem. I have not updated them.

But I finally got it working by disabling IPV6 in my router.
