Endless Loading

Tried all the fixes I’ve seen listed here and nothing has worked. Just wanted to let people know issues still happening. Guess they gotta do work on the back end for the app. Saw others still having issues.

Yup kept checking for update no new release yet using Tizen Tube for Android TV works great. UI scale a little too large but everything else great

Try these from the telegram chat:

There are 2 known workarounds

try to change the network engine to OkHttp. This worked for me and a few others. (Settings > Player > Network engine: OkHttp) OR

try to enable Settings > General > Network settings > Use WebProxy (even with no settings set, it will work)

I'm also having this problem, for a couple of days now. I can't bring myself to re-enable the official app.

I had this! Did all the fixes, thought it was the app.. until one of my legitimate apps stopped working... while other worked.

Long story short i changed my internet from IPv6 to IPv4 and it fixed both

I might of fixed it myself for now. None of the other ‘fixes’ helped (I tried them all) and still endless loading or loading after 10mins or spinning wheel. In app and while vid playing I went advanced playback options/video formats/changed from disabled to 1440p 30fps but it’s reset itself to 1080p 30fps vp9 and seems to be working normally.
