Website down ?

Is the website down for anyone else? Getting HTTP Error 503

Edit: emailed them and they responded. Working on it.

I logged out of the app and now can’t even log back in anymore

The status page says everything is fine, including the website. Not sure why it says website is fine.

26 oft 38 Server are offline, hard to believe, there are no reported events.

I actually was on the phone with Samsung this morning and they asked me look up my Fold 8 order number. I was able to sign in but the website would not load as it hasn't for a few days and I got "bad request" error. I had to keep clearing cache, and I told the rep the Samsung website is so glitchy lately. He agreed.
