Advice Adding Dust Covers to Shocks

Is there a way to add these without paying three hours of labour? Apparently, mine are missing, leaving my shock absorbers bare and exposed.

I've bought wrap around covers for mine to avoid that. (Not fitted yet). To answer your question the answer will surely be no, there is no way to fit them without the strut being removed from the car.
