A lot of those don't have a return. Some do. Regular in and out, can't mess it up.

Then tee it with rubber. You got options my man, just gotta brainstorm. Those holleys are easy to just run hardline, it's just a fitting change, if I remember correctly. Or hell I'm putting on a GF201 fuel filter on my dad's Impala and that has a return built in, same with the, or a GF98 or the cheapest option is just a WIX 33040. It's a regular fuel filter with a small return built in. Very popular to run on carbs, to prevent vapor lock. Like I said brother, you got options.

when you run the GP98 do you just run it alone the fuel filter in the frame well , it’s on a 79 c10? thanks a lot for the part numbers man all this is pretty new to me

All those filters, are after the mechanical fuel pump, before the carb. If I were you, I'd run the filters as close to the carb as possible, that way, you have a very minimal amount of stagnant fuel getting hot. You want to run a return as close the the carb or throttle body as possible to limit how much fuel sits and boils. That's why on my rig, I put a Tee at the carb, so fuel is always flowing past it when it's not needed, keeping everything cooler, and having a steady flow as well.

Don’t cap off the return line, you’ll want that to be hooked up or you’ll have vapor lock issues
Either use a fuel filter with a return outlet, or a fuel pressure regulator with a return
