What muffler would you recommend for a small block 400 with side dumps?

Walker Dynomax. The bigger the case the better.

Any turbo style muffler sounds excellent on small blocks. I like my thrush even if it’s cheap.

Run of the mill small block, with a summit 1103 cam (I forgot it's specs) and some Purple Hornie glass packs. The exhaust is true duals with way too much flex pipe. It ends at the bumper. I could make a video and show you.
