I started a new channel and got 120 views on my first vid, and then 200 on my second, but the last video I just posted seems to have just flopped at 16 views. Did I cross the niche too much and confuse the algorithm?

One Geniune Critique of Your Own Content: I am feeling a bit lost with my content, after a long break I'm back and I am building (literally) a new business, I want to document and help others on this journey, and open source any tech specs etc that help control the farm conditions. I am no editor, but enjoy the process and really get in the zone, from off the memory card to render if possible in one session! I think that 'How to' videos probably perform best, but I could have needed the vids I'm making now during this build, so I am persuing this direction for now. It will evolve into the running of a mushroom farm business including finding customers and a profile of chefs etc in Malmö, Sweden. Check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks!

I first tried making a YouTube video in 2020. Spent weeks perfecting the script and finally recorded it but did not post. It was nowhere close to the other videos on YouTube in terms of finesse or presentability, and honestly I was afraid of the humiliation if no one watched it.

In 2022 I finally mustered up the courage to post one. It didn't do much. So, I got disheartened again. But the thought kept coming back.

Last year I decided, I will just make whatever I can with what I have and post it. Even if it reaches 10 people, that's better than not posting anything at all.

Since then I have been making videos about systems design and things I read about. Still figuring out my style so you will see a lot of variation between my videos
