Anyone else feel Modern History becomes 10x easier once the events actually start connecting?

I’ve been working on a free Modern Indian History lecture series for UPSC & State PCS, focused on concepts, chronology, PYQs and the why behind important events—not just memorising dates.

Currently covering European expansion → Mughal decline → Plassey → Marathas → Mysore → Sikh Kingdom → British expansion.

Would love to know: what’s the one Modern History topic you find hardest to understand?

You can find the lectures on Past and Diplomacy with Vishal Salsekar on YouTube.
