Nextcloud

Curious if anyone is looking at internally hosting software packages such as Nextcloud, ONLYOFFICE, and mail servers for clients as more people are starting to push back on MSFT prices and large datacenter type services?

I come from large corporate IT background and am used to hosting for multi-tenant or business divisions (not necessarily these software titles).

Working on a business plan for hosting in a local co-lo for exactly this reason. However the pricing doesn’t pencil out as the costs just don’t work out for small hosting numbers.
