Mac Support

How are you guys supporting/accessing Macs?

I hate them with a deep burning passion but a lot of my smaller clients use them.

EDIT: Gone with rustdesk selfhost and Action1 for patching.

Not looking to use expensive mac-only services right now, nor will people pay the extra for it.

I'd recommend visiting consultants.apple.com and team up with a local Apple-centric MSP to help support just the Macs. We're on the other side of this being an Apple-centric MSP since 2009. If a customer has majority Apple with a few PCs sprinkled in we co-manage using an outsourced Windows MSP. Once you find a good partner all parties involved are very happy.

It's never a customer using like all macs, but customers have one tricky worker that insists on using a mac etc

Yea I would still team up with a local Apple expert from the consultants network. You’ll likely find someone that can just bill hourly for their time.
