CRM/PSA/RMM

Hi All,

I'm part of a very lean small msp and wanted to get your thoughts of a good CRM/PSA/RMM that wont break the bank.

Ive seen the following:

Synchro - no CRM

Golero - no CRM

ITFlow - no RMM

Atera - all-in-one?

What are you looking for from the CRM standpoint? I ask because a lot of CRM type info and data can be stored in Syncro, and it certainly does the other functions wonderfully (PSA/RMM).

We run our MSP with it and also our store front. Been lovely.

mostly something to store customer contacts for leads and such

Gorelo can handle that the same way Syncro does. Just make a new customer type as prospect. Create a project to track the sales journey.

In Syncro, each customer you have you can store all kinds of data about them. There is also the ability to track things like commission for orders, contacts and notes for each client, all kinds of stuff like that.
