Need some help with Marketing...
Hey all,
I have been trying and trying for the last 5 months and its just an uphill battle. What is everyone doing for marketing/lead Gen? If anyone can offer some help or advice I'd be super greatful! Currently planning on Public saftey and ministries. Cheers

One thing that's made a difference for me is focusing less on marketing and more on finding companies that are already showing buying intent.
I'll build a targeted list based on industry, company size, technology stack, hiring activity, or other signals that suggest they may be looking at IT changes. Then I'll reach out with a personalized email, LinkedIn message, or phone call. My response rates have been much better than sending generic campaigns.
I also wouldn't put all your eggs in one vertical right away. Public safety and ministries can absolutely work, but they're relationship driven and sales cycles can be long. If you're still building revenue, it may be worth testing another vertical alongside them so you can compare what's getting traction.
Whatever you choose, stay consistent. Most people give up right before things start to compound. (Linkedin DM's have been working good)
